Program Overview

The program aims to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in Business Analysis. Upon completing the program, an ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Collect and assess the current state of any service provider's processes.
  • Analyze and recommend strategies for system-wide digitalization.
  • Define, document, and assign tasks to Development (DEV) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reporting documentation.
  • Plan and actively participate in meetings to present completed work, gather additional requirements, and address feedback.
  • Enhance team processes and foster collaboration as needed to improve outcomes.
